1. General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the hbajivip platform and all its services. Please read these terms carefully before using the hbajivip website, mobile version or any other channel. By accessing the website or creating an account you are automatically considered to have accepted these terms.

hbajivip is an online betting and casino platform that provides sports betting, live casino, slot games, fishing games and other entertainment services for users in Bangladesh. These terms form a legal agreement between the user and hbajivip.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services. hbajivip reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close your account if you do not comply with the terms.

2. Account Registration

2.1 Registration Process

To use hbajivip services you must create a personal account. You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. hbajivip reserves the right to cancel the account and withhold any pending payments if false information is provided.

• Each user may operate only one account.
• Opening multiple accounts from the same device, IP address or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• Transferring or selling account details is prohibited.
• Keeping the account secure is the user's own responsibility.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

hbajivip may request documents for identity verification at any time. KYC verification may be mandatory before a withdrawal or when a certain amount is exceeded. A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport may need to be provided for verification.

3. Age Limit and Eligibility

hbajivip services are for adults aged 21 years or older only. At the time of registration the user must confirm that they are at least 21 years of age. If a registration is made on behalf of a minor, that account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

The following additional conditions must also be met to use hbajivip services:

• You must be a legally competent individual.
• You must have a valid mobile wallet or bank account in your own name.
• You are not on any prohibited list and are not subject to any government sanctions.
• You are participating in gaming services voluntarily and knowingly.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

Funds can be deposited into your hbajivip account via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳500.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. A registered payment method must be used to complete a withdrawal request. A withdrawal request may be delayed if active bonus wagering requirements on the account have not been met.

• Identity verification must be completed at the time of withdrawal.
• hbajivip reserves the right to hold a withdrawal if fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Withdrawal to any method other than a registered payment method is not possible.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

hbajivip offers new members a 100% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000; or depositing ৳42,000 gives you the maximum ৳20,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳62,000.

5.2 VIP Cashback Program

hbajivip's VIP program has 4 tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.6% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% cashback per week.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% cashback per week.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus applies only to the account it was awarded to and cannot be transferred.
• Each bonus has a specific expiry period; unused bonuses will be cancelled after expiry.
• hbajivip reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel promotional offers.
• If bonus abuse is found, the account will be closed and the bonus cancelled.
• Claiming a bonus using multiple accounts or another person's details is considered fraud.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All betting and gaming activities on the hbajivip platform are governed by these terms. Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless the bet was processed incorrectly due to a technical fault on the platform.

• The outcome of all bets is determined by the game provider's certified random number generator (RNG).
• If a bet is affected by a technical error or server problem, it may be considered void.
• hbajivip is not responsible for bets lost due to disconnection.
• hbajivip has the right to review bets on any account where suspicious betting patterns are identified.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football (FIFA) and other sports:

• Bets must be confirmed before the event starts (except for live betting).
• If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• For incomplete events, hbajivip's decision is final.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hbajivip platform:

• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Placing bets using software bots, automated scripts or artificial intelligence.
• Exploiting weaknesses or bugs in the game system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Fraudulent conduct or harassment towards other users.
• Opening an account by providing false or incomplete information.
• Interfering with the platform's security systems or attempting to hack.
• Making deposits using a third-party payment method or credit card.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

hbajivip reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these terms is violated.
• Failure to verify identity or provision of false information.
• Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
• Being identified as a minor.
• An account that has been inactive for an extended period.

Users may also request account closure at any time. The opportunity to withdraw the remaining balance will be provided before the account is closed, unless there is an allegation of fraud.
